Can I submit passport on behalf of my wife, if we both have an appointment at the same time? Do I need Authorization Letter ? If yes , do you have any format ?
Yes you can. Carry all docs from checklist as well as photocopy of applicant’s Indian government-issued photo ID, a copy of your appointment letter, Representative’s original Indian government-issued photo ID and 1 photocopy, Original authorization letter (Scanned or Email copies not accepted - feel free to google it).
