I am currently in India now and hold a stamped visa valid till December 2024 with my current employer. I have not travelled to US yet on this visa as they don’t have any positions for me right now in the US.
Another employer is ready to offer me a job in USA. If I do an H1b transfer now here in India, Do I have to go for stamping again? Or can i travel on the current visa stamp ?
