Looking for your valuable guidance for the below case.
I had applied for H4 and H4-EAD on May 2021 via normal processing. While those applications were pending, my H1-B got approved by September 2021. As a result, I started working in H1B from mid of October. After a month, I received a H4 denial notice, but my EAD got approved and I got my EAD card valid until 2024.
My husband switched employer in 2022. Due to personal reasons I traveled to India in May for a extended vacation and got my H4 stamped with my husband’s current petition valid until 2025.
Can I work with the EAD card that I have now approved using my husband’s previous employer’s petition?
