Can we apply for H-4 EAD on pending H-4 and approved H-1B?

Filed H-1B transfer along with H-4, however company did not file EAD for H-4.

Current Status:
H-1B Approved (Validity till 06/30/2025)
New H-4 Pending
Previous H-4 Validity till 08/31/2023

Can we apply for H-4 EAD using latest H-1B approval notice? If we apply for H-4 EAD now, will it be till 08/31/2023 or till 06/30/2025?
