Can we apply H4 EAD extension?

I got my H1 transferred to New employed and H1 is approved till Dec 2025. I have transferred my wife H4 also and it got approved till Dec 2025, but I haven’t applied for H4 EAD as my wife already had it until Dec 2024. Can I apply for H4 EAD extension now with the new H1 which is extended till Dec 2025 or I should apply when expiry date is below 180 days.

Her H4 EAD is approved when H1 extension is applied with my previous employer
