Hi I came to US in L2 Visa and changed to H1B visa and currently in US with approved i140 and I don’t have any H1B visa stamped in my passport. Am I still eligible to apply Canada Open work permit for H1B visa holders? Please advise
Its not yet clear if they will consider the cases without a valid H1B visa stamp in the passport.
Although, on paper, they are asking for a valid H1B visa stamp.
I am waiting to see real case results and will be able to share details once i have first hand information.
