This is for my friend.
He had a traffic violation in US (Red Light Jump) , ticket was issue and penalty was paid off and no points deducted.
The question he has does the traffic Violation will affect its Canada VISA ,as in VISA Application there is question on any law violations.
He is not sure if he has to mention it or not and if he mentions than FBI clearance is required .
Any insight or help is appreciated.
