Chances of getting 190 visa in SouthAustralia or Victoria with 90 points for 261313(Software engineer)

Hi,

This is Amulya, going to complete my master’s from South Australia by next month. As of now, I have 90 points including state nomination for 261313. At the moment no job or not working in an applied stream. what are my chances of being Invite?

Is it mandatory to work for 12 months in the applied or closely related stream in SA to get invited for 190?

Better would be to check the state’s eligibility criteria and if work exp is needed then that’s it.
