Calculated Australia PR score and I see getting 80 points.

Education: 15
Employment: 15
IELTS : 10
Marital points: 10
Even though my overall IELTS band score is 8, from the skill select website it’s giving me Proficient category. Is it because all sections have to be 8 for it to give superior band score?
8.5, 7.5, 7, 8 (are my IELTS scores section wise)
Is there a chance of invite for 80 points? If not, i would not spend my money on ACS assessment.
Also, I will be reaching 8-year mark in 4 months. Should the ACS assessment be done after that to get 15 points instead of 10 points? Or does the 8 year mark apply when you submit the application?

80 is a good score. Do not give up. At least give it a try.
The increased work experience will be counted automatically if you keep the end date blank in the skill select for current employment.
ACD assessment counts the end date as the date of application submission. It’s okay even if they count it that way as the skill select can count the extra experience automatically.
