"Change in existing personnel particulars" - Should "appearance" box be checked if we're checking appearance changed in "AFFIDAVIT"?

In AFFIDAVIT FOR CHANGE IN APPEARANCE AND SIGNATURE document, I’m checking “appearance changed” since I saw recommended here that everyone’s appearance is expected to change a little in 10 years.

Then, in the passport application, should “appearance” box be checked also?

You can select it if you are applying after 10 years for renewal

Yes, it is a reissue application due to 10 year passport expiry.

OK. I will select the “Appearance” box in online application since in the “AFFIDAVIT FOR CHANGE IN APPEARANCE AND SIGNATURE”, I’ve indicated “my appearance has changed.”
