Change of job before pre-invite, 190 VIC

Please help!!! SOS!!!
Today I received a pre-invite for Subclass 190 from Victoria, but I changed my job less than a month ago.
The job change won’t affect my points, but I’m unsure if I can still update my Expression of Interest (EOI) with this new job information. The lawyers I’ve consulted are warning that it might complicate things and might result in rejection.
I spoke to a migration agent, and they advised that I should have updated my EOI/ROI immediately after changing jobs. Now, they suggest letting this pre-invitation expire and waiting for the next round, as submitting my current application might lead to rejection or complications in future rounds.

I’m unsure about waiting, as there’s no guarantee of receiving another invite soon, and I don’t want to delay the process. What should I do in this situation?

Can I still update my Expression of Interest (EOI) with this new job information, or would that complicate things at this stage?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Why do you not believe what lawyers are suggesting?
Is there any strong reason to not have faith in their advice?

Lawyer is advising to let this invite expire and wait for another one. I’m not so sure on this approach.

I am not sure why changing job would invalidate the invite if the points are not affected.

I suggest to provide the new job proofs with the documents that you have been asked to submit.

But, remember, use are the best judge of your situation.
