Changing job with PD Aug 2019

Hi Anil,

My PD is Aug 2019 Eb2. I have a new offer. As i am seeing some progress with GC moving faster. Will be there any risk if i join the new company?. Like dates will became current ?If the Eagle act bill comes in place?. New employer can start filling perm after 7 months of joining the company. If i join the new company i know new company needs to file perm. But they needs to also file the new i 140 with all my exp letters or can use the previous approved i 140 from my previous company?. Pls help me.

Hi Amit,

Thanks for the update. I do have approved i 140 and also have approved h1b extension with previous employer. New employer ready to file new h1b transfer. My question is as my PD date is Aug 2019. Is there any chance of getting current with in 3 years? .If i join the new employer, Do i needs to file Perm and as well new i 140?.Or only Perm is enough with new employer. Pls help me.
