Hi, how do I check if my previous employer has withdrawn my approved I140? I went onto USCIS site case status to cross check and it says “Case Was Approved”. What does that mean in this scenario? Please advise.
I don’t think withdrawal by employer will change the status, should still so ‘approved’. If it was revoked by USCIS, the status will update to ‘revoked’.
