Hi, me and child’s H4 visa expired in 2022 and so did my husband’s in April 15 2024. Now, me and my kid are travelling to India and my child doesn’t have both parents valid visa for interview waiver. Is my child still eligible for dropbox?
Dropbox eligibility depends on many other factors. Can’t answer simply on the basis of visa stamp.
We qualify for Dropbox according to the app. But I am not sure about submitting expired visas for my child.
If any parent is not traveling (and has expired visa stamp in passport), then their valid i797 with valid i94 can be submitted as proof of US stay.
