Claim visa payment receipt

I am trying to reschedule my visa appointment as am not eligible Dropbox. Help desk team suggests close and start new application. I followed the instructions and stuck at the claim my payment receipt which was paid for 3 applicants but one two people are collected and remaining minor one show pending.

The issue hasn’t been resolved even though the dependent fees unlocked.

I tried help desk multiple times calls and raised cases but no resolution, providing same instructions like you will see confirm payment option, but it doesn’t.

I am planning to close and start new application to overcome this issue, is it safe to close and start application?

Please advise on this. I thought this community will only provide right solutions. Help desk useless.

It is better to follow what helpdesk has told.

Their website has lot of issues and nobody can guess how the website will behave. It is extremely crappy website.
