I created an EOI for Australian Immigration and mistakenly claimed 5 points against Australian Study Requirement - for skilled migration and got invitation from South Australia against 491 visa category. I’ve just updated my EOI and found that I’ve 70 points total against mistakenly claimed of 75 points. Will appreciate if anyone can guide me for further action as I’ve 14 days to complete the application of South Australia.

Most probably, they will reject the application but it depends on the case officer.
