Clarification on Visa Application for Family

I am on h1b and My wife has h4 ead and recently her employer sponsored her h1b visa

But I have already created visa application for stamping and added my wife and kid under same application and paid visa fees.

Do I need separate application for my wife and separate application for me & my kid?

Or the current application with all 3 of us as family is good to book appointment?

It depends on what visa rupe you want for your wife.

If she wants to enter the US using H1B, and you have booked her appointment for H4, then you need to cancel and then book appointment for her H1B.

If she is okay entering the US using H4 visa and then convert to H1B, she can continue with her H4 visa interview appointment.
