Client Letter Vs MSA

Hi ,

I have Client Letter on Client letter head for 3 years .Don’t have SOW. MSA available for 2 years . Is Client Letter alone enough for H1B Extension or should we keep MSA as well in the petition. Have a previous experience where shorter term H1B Validity is granted as per MSA ignoring the Client Letter . But again worried if the Client Letter alone is enough without MSA. Please advise.

But, just keep them with you in case visa officer asks for them.
