My friend worked in the USA from 2010 till 2021 with two employers on H1B. He has an approved i140 from his first employer which was approved in 2016, second employer also initiated Green card process but he left before 2nd employer could file i140. Upon his return to India he started working for 3rd employer without H1B transfer.
Now he is planning to come back to USA and wanted to check if he can utilize his approved i140 from previous employer and last expired H1B from 2nd employer to find an employer who can transfer the H1B to get him to the USA.
