CR1 immigration visa - time to get interview date from Mumbai consulate?

Why is NVC delaying to schedule interview ???
My priority date is 5 may 2019, all my documents are approved, how long will it take to get interview date from NVC from Mumbai consulate ???

Only US embassy can tell when they will reopen.

This also applies spouse visa cr1 I’m approved nvc documentary qualify on 04/03/2020 I’m waiting for interviews letter may I know how long we have to wait pls answer
