Currently on H1, H4 COS filed with future start date ,H4 COS/EAD file concurrently , can we file new H1?

Hi Everyone,
My spouse is on H1 and currently working,
recently filed H4 COS with future effective and EAD application concurrently based on my H1, will both H4 COS and EAD be approved at the same time ?

but her job has issue, can she change her job and file new H1 ? what will happen to H4 COS and EAD application once new H1 got approved ?

Could you please help with above questions.
