My I-140 was approved in Apr 2024 and did not receive the approval notice to date. My attorney has reached out to the USCIS for the notice and they replied that they are generating the notice. Is there anyone who has faced a similar issue of delay in receipt of the notice? If yes, what was the current average time to receive the notice copy?
