Do I need the passport photo of the person in India on PoA before attestation? In the PoA document there are two passport photo placeholders, one for the executor (me in USA) and the other for the holder (my relative in India). My passport photo with signature is not a problem. But do I need to get the holder’s passport photo before attestation?
Also the PoA document says the purpose is “BUY REAL ESTATE”. My purpose actually is to “SELL REAL ESTATE”. So do I need to edit this document first or the purpose “BUY REAL ESTATE” should work for sell as well? Please let me know. Thank you.
