Do we need to include fee payment receipt?

I forgot to include the payment receipt which is in the 3rd page. I just printed the first page of the confirmation letter. Could any one let me know if that is fine or if this will be an issue? Will they be able to track with ARN?

I think they will be able to track based on applicant name.
