I was handed 221g post my visa interview. It did not mention anything to submit. Later after 10 days I received email to submit few documents. They mentioned in the email to submit the document either on the email or at drop off locations. I chose to send over email to save time. I got an automated email response. Nothing after that.
It’s almost a month now. I am not sure if they have received my documents or not. Online status says “Refused”. What shall I do? Shall I drop off the documents to the drop off locations again? So that they might work on my case. And at least acknowledged the receipt of documents?
