Does anyone know if Ds160 have an expiration date after submission if I have not been able to obtain visa appointment?
Its been almost 3-4 months from my Ds160 submission.

DS160 is valid as long as the information you filled in is valid. You will need to schedule visa appointment with in one year from the date of visa fee payment.
