Does new H4 EAD valid after H1,transfer + H4 + H4 EAD approved with new employer but if I didnt join new employer

I’m working with Company A and my spouse has H4 EAD and working as well.
I got an offer from Company B and have done H1 transfer + H4 + H4 EAD together and all got approved and received new H4 EAD card as well. However , due to changes in Company B, I’m not proceeding to join new employer (Company B).

My current H1. H4 and H4 EAD with Company A is valid till 06/2025.
H1, H4 and H4 EAD with new employer (Company B) is approved till 10/2027.

  1. If I don’t join new employer (Company B), does H4 EAD approved till 10/2027 is valid or will it expires on 06/2025
  2. When I file H1 extension (expires in 7 months) with Company A, do I need to file H4 extension and H4 EAD as well?
  3. If H4 EAD is valid only till 06/2025, so how long can my spouse works if my current employer (Company A) doesn’t file H1 extension, H4 and H4 EAD together and I need to file H4 EAD separately post H4 approval

When you file H1B extension, you don’t need to file H4 and EAD.

You can use the new extended H4 and EAD. No issues.
