Employer filled case in june.
Approx it should take 6 months (december 2021, if not audit), and statistics on Processing Times | Flag.dol.gov confirmed it.
But some months ago DOL changes all numbers on their website (Requests Received, Determinations Issued, etc) and now i can see that june cases will be reviewed in February 2023…
I wonder how it could happen? did they move some thousands of cases from one month to another?
