Drop box for B2 visa

Hello, please help to clarify this.
My mother has scheduled B2 visa renewal drop box date in Sep 2022 at Hyderabad consulate. How can she assign someone else to drop off the documents on her behalf? What is the process please? Thanks

Yes, it’s mentioned explicitly in the appointment confirmation letter. The representative need to have some Govt issue ID on him.
