Dropbox eligibility for b1/b2

Hi,

I have multiple us visa’s stamped in my passport as below

B1/B2 - Expired on feb 2021
L1B visa - Expired on dec 2020

My most recent visa stamp was of L1b visa.

I want to know if i am eligible for dropbox renewal of my b1/b2 visa as it is not the most recent visa .

Does it have to be the most recent visa for it to be eligle for dropbox?

I suggest to choose L1B as your most recent visa stamp.

Can you please help me for the following question for Drop Box Eligibility criteria for B1/B2 ?

My mom already have B1/B2 visa stamp on the passport which expires on Nov 2023.

During scheduling appt for visa renewal I see the following question:

Have you ever been refused a B1/B2 visa before?

Does it mean since the last visa issuance ?

or

Does it mean anytime before the last visa issuance ?

What will be the answer for this scenario for the above question ?

If the applicant has ever been refused a visa, it was for the same visa class for which they are currently applying, and they were subsequently issued that class of visa.

Can you please help me to understand this as it is stopping me to go forward without knowing the actual intent of this question ?
