I am on H1B and my spouse (H4) are both eligible for Dropbox (In-Person Interview Waiver) as we had a valid visa till the March 2024. It means Our visa has expired within last 48 months.
my daughter is 9 years old and she had her prior H4 visa stamped in 2022 and her visa too has expired in March 2024. She have got H4 visa in past thru dropbox. Looking at current replies by lot of people it is confusing whether she has to go for in person interview or she is eligible for dropbox along with me as dependent. So, is it possible to get Dropbox eligibility for my daughter if we schedule the dropbox appointment together?
