Dropbox eligibility if clearance received annotation on old visa (not the latest one)

Hello Experts,

I have received clearance received annotation on one of my previous visa stamped 10 yrs back and not the latest one. Since then I have many visa stamps without any issue. Am I still eligible for Dropbox for H1 visa extension ?? Please confirm.
