i was on H1b in USA from 2016 till 2022 . 6 years not completed . h1b visa was issued in 2016 and expired on 2019 . currently i have an F2 visa issued in 2024 and valid till 2028 . i am not applying for H1b extension after i140 was approved . Am i eligible for a dropbox appointment now in june 2025 ?
