Hi, I have dropbox appointment in March for my visa H1b along with my wife H4 and my baby girl H4.
The latest i797 petition has only my name (H1b) which is valid till 2024. But my wife last petition i796 was valid till may 2021 and after that extension was applied only for me and not for my wife as she was in India. So latest i797 has only H1b details.
So can I do dropbox for my wife along with my application or she needs to go for interview?
Your H4 dependents dont need their H4 petition for H4 stamping. Instead they need to use your I-797 for stamping.
