DS 160 filed for Chennai but appointment took for hyderabad , can i take same ds 160

I submitted ds 160 for Chennai Location for my in laws and booked appointment using the same at hyderabad location , do i need to submit a new ds 160 for hyderbad location and get that updated in appointment confirmation by calling support or i should be fine .

They can fill a new DS160 and take it with them to the embassy.
