DS160 - US address missing city, state, and zipcode

Hello,

Recently, I have submitted my DS160 with all the accurate information and reviewed it thoroughly before submission. After printing out the final version of the form after submission, I found that my US address is not showing the city, state and zipcode. The street address is only shown. Although, I am absolutely sure that I have provided the entire address. Therefore, I am not sure if I should fill out a new form or just leave it as it is. Could you kindly help with this?

If you are doubtfull, fill a new DS160 and take it with you to the interview. No issues.
