I applied for marriage based green card in May of this year and have my biometrics appointment on 8th of November. I want to know in approximately how much time should I expect to receive my work permit/EAD?
I know that because of the current situation, there isn’t any specific time for any immigration work. But if there is any approximate time depending on other cases, kindly share it with me.
You will need to check USCIS processing time based on the center processing your application. Again this is not very accurate but you will get a ballpark idea.
