My spouse COA code has been updated from L2 to L2S on I94 form, Is EAD still needed? Please suggest.
Hi Parveen, no EAD Is not needed as I94 with L2S as COA is a valid proof for employment authorization. However, lot of people are facing unprecedented delays in getting the SSN card for L2S visa holders.
