EAD receipt delays - did anyone got receive who submitted in last two months?

I applied for my wife EAD on Jan 11, it is two months and there is no receipt. is it wise to wait for the receipt or is there any mechanism to reach out to USCIS?

Do any of us have received the receipt notice who submitted in the last threemonths? did we know USCIS started sending the receipt notice after the update of delay from Jan 8?

There is an average 90 day time at this time to receive a receipt.

Does that influence the time for the approval of the EAD?
