Hi — I have my I-140 approved with priority date of Feb 11, 2020 under EB-2 category; and I’m from India. I was wondering if there is a projection as to when priority date similar to mine would become current. Thanks in advance.
P.S. I’m aware the projection can vary.
Unfortunately it could be several decades unless the per country cap is removed at earliest.
I strongly advise people having PD after Dec 2016 to start planning to immigrate to other countries like Canada and Australia.
