My 485 is pending under EB3 since 2020 & could be for the next 8 to 10 years. I’m on EAD & AP.
Now that EAD & AP are separately processed & approved, how can I keep renewing my I-131 advance parole every year ? What acceptable reasons could I give for AP that will satisfy USCIS for every one of the 8 successful renewals ? Please advise.
Family visit overseas is a valid reason.
