I have some question on EB1C
If employee is in India as a manager (getting paystub from India) with direct engineer reports for 1.5 year and then if employee move to US (getting paystub from US) but all direct reports are still in India. Does this qualify under EB1C?
It should be okay as far as your role is in-line with the USCIS definition for
“personnel managers” or “function managers.” Doesn’t matter where the people reporting to you are.
Make sure you talk to your immigration lawyer and have them access if you qualify for EB1C.
