EB1C (PD - 2015) - I140 approved. I485, I765 and I131 filed in July 2023.

Current scenario - Since EB1C dates have retrogressed by a decade so assuming my AOS will take much longer time to process.

Questions:

  • In case my employer goes through merger/acquisition, how does it impact my application? How do I ensure that I still get my AOS approved?

  • Any idea when 2015 PD will become current for EB1 to process my GC?

It should get current in Oct 2023 bulletin.

Merger and acquisition scenario can only be addressed by your employer’s attorney as they need to read the terms and conditions of merger/acquisition.

A new i140 may or may not be required based on what is written in the contract between two companies.
