As per Attorney Rahul Reddyâs yesterdayâs video on YouTube, there may be 250K GCs will be wasted.
So I donât think, thereâs anything left to predict.

@anil_am22 the title of the articles related to visa bulletin is quite misleading. The title says âSeptember bulletinâ but the bulletin that came out and the chats session is all about August bulletin. It makes me think that you are taking about Sept bulletin, which is not the case. Suggest you to please update it to reflect the correct month (. i.e the visa bulletin month).

The title is for Sep bulletin prediction and it has all the content related to Sep estimates.
The Charles Oppenheim also also about next monthâs updates in his video.

No. Only one change I made, China share only 5%. Bâcoz they donât have any backlogs in 2016.
When can I expect DOF/FAPD for PD date Feb '2016 as CO said likely it may reach 2016?

Its better to select worst case scenario and then check as the USCIS is expected to waste most of the spillover and it wonât benefit the Indian queue.
2016 seems a bit difficult if the USCIS wastes the GCs.
I would stick to my prediction for Filing dates, as USCIS remains a worst performer approving i140 for EB2 to Eb3 downgrads. Until all downgrads are âcountedâ eb3 numbers for CO remains lower than eb2
And 290k still coming to EB âŚ
So Filing Dates should definitely hit mid 2017 for EB3, yes but FAD may reach feb/March 2014 only
Remember, Charlie talks only sbout FAD as filing dates he would drAw bases on numbers on record and demand
But now the worry is
Will USCiS allow using Filing dates even in Oct-21? They can be mischievous this time.

Hi Anil, My PD is June 2012 in EB2 India category. My employer will not downgrade the petition to EB3, Is there any chance of DOF with October/November bulletin? When I checked Greencard date estimator app on this site, it says FAD may become current by July 2022. Please share your predictions on DOF for EB2, any.

For Spillover, in Worst case category, in your app why you give China Percentage as 25%. They donât have any backlogs in 2016/2017.
Could you explain the reason.
Also what percentage of EB2 to EB3 downgrade you projecting ?

Regarding the EB2 to EB3 downgrade, It means if the Date becomes current in EB3 , How much percentage of people from EB2 will downgradeâŚ
If more and more people downgrade and there are limited green cards available, it projects when you get your greencard.
Note: it talks about the Final action dates only and not Filing datesâŚ

My EB2 PD is July 2, 2013 and employer is not willing to support the downgrade. Can you guys let me know if there is any hope to file using DOF in Oct 21 visa bulletin ? When do you think this date will see the light of the day ?
I tried the GC Date estimator app and it shows around 2056 to get GC. Is that correct or am I doing something wrong ?

Please check the Options you are using on the Green Card Date Estimator.
If not sure, select âWorst Caseâ or âAverage Caseâ and retry.

Hi @anil_am22, for EB2 to EB3 downgrade application filed in July-2021, do you see any chance of that to be approved by Jan-2022 with premium (planning to upgrade to premium in late Dec-2021)? That make a Aug-2014 PD current, right? For some reasons, I donât see any discussion on this topic, even though lot of us should be on this boat! Thanks in advance!
