What are the predictions for 2015 dates?
@anil_am22 what made you revise the EB3 DFF dates in Sept bulletin prediction? You updated it to show Jan 1, 2015. Any rationale?
Also in the past in any fiscal year and in september VB , the dates in Chart A and/or Chart B is changed and the dates do not change in the following month i.e October when the new Fiscal year is started ?
That you can check yourself
Yes Mandeep. I checked and always see the movement in October and not in SeptemberâŚ
So when Charlie asked us to follow September for some indications, i got confused and thought to check other inputsâŚ
Now that Biden has asked USCIS to support Afghanistanâs crisis, it will again impact the number of GCs/i-485s they will work on and now they will surely end up wasting more than they could have tried after many emails/calls to congressmen! Never a relief!
Anil
Use this tableau link to do an analysis on the number of gc getting approved. This is using the receipt msc and src. Looks like they are approving 2k gc per day. So they may waste 30-40k gc. This still a far better situation than 100k.

This Tableu is no better than the Trackitt I485 tracker. Also, it merely shows 8-10 cases getting approved per day (crowd sourced data) and so is in no way an indicative that 2K or more GCs are being approved everyday Yes, we do see that approvals are much more now, but getting a true count based on a small sample of data is not easy.
COâs usual policy is to not take into account any future legislation and always go with current available data but it seems like he either knows something thatâs not out publicly or was instructed to take into account that there wont be any spillover due to future policy and decide the movement based on that.
EB2 ( 01Dec2011 â 01Mar2014). :: Downgrade if u have not done it yet
EB2 ( Past 01Mar2014 ) :: Donât waste your money on Downgrade.
EB2 or EB3 Past 01Mar2014 or EB2 who canât downgrade â Ur in United States of Middle East
Btw COâs youtube video is out.
Thats what has caused the heartbreaks for thousands
Anil,
Do Charlie response on EB3 Feb 2016 related to FAD/DOF ?
Also Charlie no where mentioned regarding 150K Spillover from FB to EB.
It seems he is waiting for the decision on the bill introduced to stop the spillover which he expects to get by Nov end.
Hi Anil and All
All the information on the GC is correct but only Approval notice(I-797) has a wrong Priority Date. I submitted the e-request to fix the typographical error, If it doesnât get corrected will it affect my Green Card or future Citizenship? Do we need to show Approval notice(I-797) any other future immigration things? If USCIS does not respond to e-request, whatâs my next course of action? If any one have this kind of issue, any resolution?
advance thank you
How are you seeing these numbers at https://public.tableau.com/app/profile/nagesh8819/viz/SRCCaseTracker-NewDashboard/SRCEB2-EB3?
?
- I only see it was last updated at 13th Aug
- Also, I see the volumes to be really low (like less than 10 I-485 cases on a average per day.
Iâm in same situation, PD is Oct 2015. Want to switch jobs badly but looks like there is a chance DOF could become current sometime in 2022.
Confused as well about switching jobs now.
What are you guys thinking, what are you going to do ?
End of Q3 for FY2021 :: 288K pending with 75K Approved.

Hello AnilâŚMy PD is Feb 13th 2013. Should I downgrade from EB2 to EB3?
You are too late in gameâŚyou should do it asap. Becase itâs already current in EB3.
I was out of country and only recently got my EB2 I140 approved. Thanks for weighing in, Abdul!
