Am in EB2 India and my priority date is Oct 2015. Left my original employer in 2017, and joined another company. Have been pushing my current employer to initiate my PERM, and they just filed my PWD again, after a couple of previous approved PWDs expiring. With the progress in EB2 India, I am thinking of joining back my original employer, to make use of the PERM and I140 that they had filed. Primary intention for this is the GC, as I am better off with my current employer on all other aspects. Any feedback on whether the current progress in EB2 India would continue and my priority date would become current anytime soon? Thanks.
