Can anyone let me know if EB2 NIW is approved does it follow te same queue for eb2 petition or it is fast tracked?

EB2 NIW follows the same EB2 queue. There is no fast track for EB2 NIW.

I travelled on H4 in May 2022 and don’t have EAD yet.
My EB2 NIW got approved on 4th May 2023.
Applied EB1 in August 2023 and waiting for I-140 approval.
Can I apply for H4 EAD on my EB2 NIW approval?
How long it will take for approval?

H4 has no relationship to EB2 NIW.

Dear Anil,
I got EB1A I-140 approval on 15th July 2024 and my PD is May 2023 (EB2 NIW).

  1. I-485 process queue is same for EB1A and EB2 or different?
  2. My attorney is asking for 6500$ fee (Only attorney fee) for filing I-485 for me and 3 dependents, can we do it by my own or not suggestable?
  3. My expertise is Electrical Engineering, but I worked for IT on my lottery H1B for 6 months, Will there be any credibility issue for my I-485 process?

Congratulations.

The EB1 queue is currently ahead of the EB2 queue for Indians.

You can file i485 yourself too but the documentation is a lot. If you can handle it yourself, go ahead and save money.

I485 approval is based on the approved I-140, which you have already got. I do not see any credibility issues now.

Is the way of processing I-485 is same for EB2 NIW and EB1A?
