EB2 or EB3 advise

Hi Anil/friends
I am reaching out for your kind invaluable advise here.
My employer A filed GC under EB2 with priority as Nov 13th 2013, but I had joined employer B in 2016 and now the PERM filed by employer B is approved and ready file I-140,
Should I go for EB2 or EB3? Unfortunately employer B doesn’t offer any upgrade or downgrade once it is filed

Since the dates are not current in either queue (EB2/3), there is no need to confused.

I would suggest going for EB2. Rest is your choice.
