Hi Folks,
I have priority date of 2016 under EB2. Supposedly if I move out of states and come back and qualifies for EB1 category. Would I be able to capture old priority date?
It’s due to the fact that EB1 also retrogressed and if yes, would concurrent filing of I140 and 485 be allowed?
