EB3 Interfile TUB letter with I485J

My priority date (PD) is January 2013. I filed my I-485, I-765, and I-131 applications with my medicals in 2022 in EB2. My employer had already filed the I-140 in the EB-3 category, and I am waiting for the Final Action Date to become current for January 2013. However, my medicals have expired, so I will need new medical now.

  1. Can I send my updated medicals to the National Benefits Center (NBC) now with a cover letter to update their system? Will they update the system, or will they discard them?
  2. Should I send my medicals when I file the TUB letter along with the I-485J?

It is your choice to send medical now or wait for the RFE (or TUB) letter.

If i was in your place, i would get two copies from doctor, and send one now.

If you are lucky, USCIS will add it to your file. If they send RFE, you can send the second copy at that time.

Thanks. Do you happen to know where to send the medicals? Should I follow the same address where they issued my I485 receipt?
